Wade was from Mills River, NC and died last year at age 64…He made custom knives for over 25 years and to quote one client of his: “Wade didn't know how to make a small knife“…He was a true Master Engraver and quit making knives a few years ago to concentrate on higher end gun engraving which is what he did until he died.
