Beckwith had the pistol modified for his personal use…Also shown is Col. Beckwith’s inventory card with note regarding the pistol’s history and a certified letter from his daughter stating the gun’s ownership history. This pistol is shown for historical reference and is not currently available for sale.
Col. Beckwith’s military service history is well known and he served as commander of project Delta in Vietnam and was the founder and first commander of Delta Force.
