REYNOLDS NEW YORK Presentation 1824 HARPERS FERRY MUSKET…Fine original musket in excellent condition with engraved barrel and multiple silver and brass inlays of stars, Federal shield, eagle and presentation plaque…All metal parts of the musket are numbered “1”…A similar F. Reynolds federal musket is shown in “The Guns of Harpers Ferry” By Stuart E. Brown and this type presentation musket is stated to have been given to top graduates of West Point and Annapolis military academies in the 1830s.
