Original WWII Japanese Army Officer’s Sword in scarce wakizashi mounts with an 18 inch long mumei koto sword…Blade is well made with a tight hada and strong straight hamon, but the surface is scuffed and scratched…Silver foil habaki of very good quality…Mounts are old Samurai fittings and saya with a WWII leather battle cover…An interesting WWII sword that was likely a true family sword carried by an officer.
