These swords were forged by Yoshihara during his time in the US demonstrating the art of the Japanese sword in Dallas, Texas in 1980. A fine O-tanto with a very restrained hamon with a straight temper line. The katana exhibits a Bizen tradition choji hamon that he is famous for. His earlier sword style had been in the Soshu style.
